The kit includes support, compression and retention components, allowing the user to easily operate the retention clamps as required without the need for special tools. With any shape or material, users can easily find a fixing solution during the measurement process.

VMM Fixture Assembly
All components are precision-manufactured with anodized film. Each part is coded with a laser marker, so all parts combinations can be repeated for subsequent inspections. Helps eliminate part-to-part or operator variation, improving measurement accuracy and repeatability.
bottom plate
Because VMM measurement requires the function of profile measurement application in many cases, our VMM fixture base plate is made of acrylic material and has a high transmittance, which can ensure a straight light path of the profile lamp and maintain the original measurement accuracy of the machine.
The metal M4 thread is installed in the bottom plate, and the components are fixed firmly, which greatly improves the service life of the bottom plate.
At the same time, it also provides an L-shaped magnetic quick installation angle, users only need to place and measure, which greatly improves the measurement efficiency.
