1. Performance characteristics:
• Gimbal Foundation - Gimbal Adjustment Pads:
We use patented adjustment horns to easily adjust the level and parallelism of the machine.
• Triaxial Rails - Totally Enclosed, All Granite:
On all our machines, we have enclosed guide rails that prevent damage to the rails caused by external dust erosion, contamination and temperature effects. This is especially important for use in harsh environments. All three shafts are made of granite, which is corrosion-resistant and has the exact same thermal expansion coefficient, with higher precision!
• Scales – Renishaw high precision scales:
The grating scale is an important part of the three-coordinate, and our floor-standing gantry machine adopts Renishaw's latest high-precision Tonic grating scale. The highest resolution is up to 0.001um.
• Air Floating Rails - Surrounding Design:
The four-sided air-floating guide rail structure is adopted, which is the embodiment of stability and high quality! Each axis is equipped with multiple air pressure regulating valves and air bearings in different directions. The encircling air bearing design ensures the stability of the instrument during the movement.
