1. Performance characteristics:
· Three-axis guide rail - fully enclosed, ceramic beam, spindle:
Both X and Z axes are ceramic, corrosion-resistant, rigid, and have a small thermal expansion coefficient for higher precision!
· Base bracket—patented dual passive shock absorption mechanism:
The use of the CMM is basically in the production plant, so it is inevitable that there will be vibration caused by the machine tool or transport vehicle next to it, which has a fatal impact on the accuracy of the CMM. It is a basic idea to make a seismic foundation, and this will add extra cost and trouble. Our three-coordinate bracket adopts a patented dual passive shock absorption mechanism to prevent the impact of low-frequency vibration, which greatly ensures the accuracy of measurement and reduces the trouble of earthquake-proof foundation measures.
